Robin Hood: Prince of Sherwood (1994)

This rather amateur film, written and directed by James Hunter, has all the aspects of the Robin Hood stories that we know and love. However, the plot is expected and predictable throughout.

The highlight and the moments where the writing shines is in the banter and camaraderie between Robin Hood and his merry men.

The camera work was quite shaky in parts which was a little annoying but otherwise this was not a bad film.  I probably wouldn’t go to much effort to seek out and rewatch, but I would not be disappointed if it did crop up again at some point.
